Due to the current pandemic, and my hours of operation, I only offer telephone and online (video call) therapy. At this time, I do not offer couples counselling.

I have experience working with anxiety, bereavement, depression, complex trauma, lives affected by neuro-atypicality and debilitating illness, and relationship issues. My coaching experience includes careers work, academic performance, and executive and organisational coaching.

I offer open-ended sessions that aren’t fixed to a specific number of sessions. We’ll work together to arrive at an appropriate endpoint for you, which might result in a short, medium or long-term therapeutic relationship. You may have a set number of sessions in mind already, and I’m happy to work towards that.

An optional, free, 20 to 30-minute ‘Session 0’ is available to discuss beginning therapy and answer questions you may have.

Sessions last up to 50 minutes. Sessions are typically offered on a weekly basis, but fortnightly sessions are possible. Online sessions are available via Skype, Facetime, Google Meet/Duo and Zoom.

£45 per session.

Letters confirming your appointments are free. More detailed write-ups of our therapy are possible at an additional fee.

A concession of £35 per session is available for counselling students fulfilling their personal therapy hours. This includes any additional paperwork required by me for your institution.
